Wisc Open Carry and the actual defendants in this case MUST go after, not only the City and Police Dept, but the actual officers that violated law INDIVIDUALLY. Until officers start being fined INDIVIDUALLY they will not be concerned about breaking the same laws again.

Furthermore, We (the gun rights community) need to upgrade our arguments from Open vs Concealed Carry to CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY. That simply means we have the right to keep and BEAR arms however WE decide to. We have the right to BEAR arms period. Whether we bear openly or concealed is not the issue. We have the right to BEAR arms for immediate defense of ourselves and others in case of unplanned confrontation at any time.
